Fleet Branding is our volume program for businesses with 5 or more vehicles — brand-standard production runs printed in batches for color consistency, scheduled installs that work around your routes, and a refresh program that re-wraps vehicles when you rotate your fleet.

Fleet jobs fail when each vehicle is treated as a one-off — slight color drift between print runs, inconsistent placement, different installers interpreting the template differently. Our fleet program treats the whole fleet as one project. We template one vehicle precisely, pull production in batches for color consistency, and schedule all installs as a coordinated operation.

Each vehicle measured once
We template each vehicle make and model in your fleet — measured, photographed, and converted to a precise cut file. Template is reused for every install on that model.
Printed in batches
All vehicles in a run print at the same time on the same press setup. Color-matched, output-profiled identically. No drift between vehicle one and vehicle fifteen.
We work around your routes
We schedule installs vehicle by vehicle around your dispatch schedule. Vehicles are in and out of our shop within one business day for decal and magnetic jobs, three days for full wraps.
Colors & finishes
Brand-matched, every vehicle identical.
Fleet jobs require color management that single-vehicle jobs don't. We Pantone-match your brand colors and run a color-managed print profile locked to that spec. Vehicle three looks the same as vehicle thirty.
Color matching
Provide your Pantone C/U, CMYK, or RAL spec. We lock the press profile to those values before any production print runs.

- Cmyk values — provide your print-ready CMYK spec directly
- Ral color spec — used for European-market fleet standards
- Custom profile — we pull a physical proof against your existing vehicle before production approval
Service packages
Not every vehicle in your fleet needs the same treatment. We can mix package levels within the same fleet program.
- Decal package — door logos, side panels, and DOT numbers. Most budget-conscious fleet option.
- Partial wrap package — back panels and tailgate. 70% of full-wrap visual impact at 50% of the price.
- Full wrap package — every visible surface. For flagship vehicles or full fleet brand programs.
- Dealer-trade-in refresh program — we re-wrap or re-decal vehicles when you swap models. Standing program, discounted rate.

Fleet pricing is custom-quoted based on vehicle count, package type, and vehicle mix. All quotes include design, production, and installation. Volume discounts are automatic — the more vehicles, the lower the per-unit cost.

How fleet programs work
Three phases, from brand audit to ongoing refresh.
Fleet programs aren't a single transaction — they're an ongoing relationship. We build the program once, then run it efficiently as your fleet grows or rotates.
Phase 1 — Brand audit + sample vehicle
We review your brand standards, measure a sample vehicle, and produce a single proof install. You approve before we produce the full fleet. Color, placement, and finish confirmed before production run.
Phase 2 — Production batch + scheduled installs
Full fleet production run printed in one batch. Install schedule coordinated with your fleet manager to minimize vehicle downtime. Most decal fleets complete in 2–3 days. Wrap fleets are scheduled over multiple weeks.
Phase 3 — Refresh & replacement program
When vehicles age out or get traded in, we handle the refresh. Remove old graphics, re-wrap new vehicles to the same template. Standing program rates are lower than new-project pricing.
