How it's built

Magnetic signs are a four-layer product: a flexible 30 mil automotive-grade magnetic sheet, a UV-printed and laminated graphics face bonded to the top, and a precision radius-corner cut on all four corners that stops the edges from catching wind at speed. We never fold or roll them — they ship flat, stay flat, and lie flat on your vehicle.

Laminated Uv print
Full-color UV-cured print bonded to the magnet face, then overlaminated for weather and fuel protection.
Radius-corner cut
All four corners are radius-cut to prevent wind lift at highway speeds. No sharp edges to catch air.
Flat between uses
Ships and stores flat. Never fold, roll, or stack heavy objects on top. Curl ruins the magnetic grip.
Colors & finishes
Full-color print, single-side only.
The back is magnet — all the graphics go on the face. Full CMYK plus spot colors. Pantone-matching available for brand-standard fleet orders.
Print finishes
Gloss laminate is standard — it pops in direct sunlight. Matte available on request for a more understated look.

Three standard sizes, sold in pairs.
Most vehicles take 12×18 on the door. Larger vans and cargo vehicles look better with 18×24. Custom sizing available — just tell us your panel dimensions.
