Vehicle Wraps.

The vehicle is the billboard. Cast wrap film covers every visible surface — door cuts, compound curves, rivets, and all — with photo-quality graphics that hold their color for five years. Partial wraps give you 70% of the visual impact at half the price. Full wraps make your vehicle unignorable. All designed, printed, and installed at our Murrells Inlet shop.

  • Starts at: $1,850 partial / $3,800 full
  • Best for: Flagship vehicles, unified fleet branding
  • Warranty: 5-year material, 2-year install workmanship

How it's built

Cast film, full-color print, laminate, heat-formed application.

A vehicle wrap is not a giant sticker — it's a precision installation. The film is designed to stretch and conform over compound curves, recessed door handles, and rivets using heat. After application, the entire vehicle gets a post-heat cure to lock the film into every contour. The seams land at natural panel breaks and are nearly invisible to anyone who isn't looking for them.

01 · Cast wrap film

Avery Mpi 1105 or 3M Ij180Cv3

Conformable cast wrap film engineered for full-vehicle application. Stretches over curves and door cuts without tearing or tunneling.

02 · Print

Uv or eco-solvent Cmyk + spot

Photo-quality print, color-corrected to your brand standards. Pantone-matched for fleet consistency across multiple vehicles.

03 · Laminate

3M 8520 matte / 8519 gloss / 1380M satin

UV-clear overlaminate protects print from fuel, wash chemicals, and UV degradation. Matched to the wrap film for seamless appearance.

04 · Application

Heat + post-heat cure

Heat gun during install conforms film around edges. Post-heat cure the day of pickup re-activates adhesive in heat-stressed areas for a permanent bond.

Colors & finishes

Full-color, any effect, Pantone-matched.

Vehicle wraps aren't limited to flat color — you can run photographic murals, gradient backgrounds, metallic effects, or textured film. Laminate choice changes the final character of the wrap dramatically.

Laminate finishes

The laminate is the last word on how the wrap looks. Most fleet jobs use matte for a premium, painted look.

Special effects available

Effects are applied using specialty films in combination with printed panels. Not available for DIY application — shop install required.

  • Color-shift film — changes color depending on viewing angle and light
  • Brushed metal effect — looks like brushed aluminum or steel, applied film
  • Carbon fiber texture — 3D-texture film for accents and trim sections
  • Photo-quality mural — full photographic print covering entire vehicle

Sizes & pricing

Priced by coverage — partial to full.

Wraps are priced by coverage level and vehicle type. All prices include design, print, laminate, and shop installation. Cargo vans and Sprinters cost more due to the increased panel surface area.

Installation

Three-day shop install at our Murrells Inlet facility.

Every wrap installation is done in-house. We don't subcontract installs. Vehicle stays at our shop for two nights so we can complete the application, let it rest, and do a full post-heat cure before you pick it up.

Day 1 — Surface prep

Vehicle washed, decontaminated, and wiped with isopropyl. Existing decals and badges removed. Panels inspected for surface damage that could affect adhesion.

Day 2 — Wrap application

Panels applied section by section using heat for compound curves. Seams positioned at natural panel breaks. Door handles, mirrors, and bumpers wrapped individually.

Day 3 — Post-heat cure & pickup

All heat-stressed areas re-cured with a heat gun to lock adhesive permanently. Final inspection, then vehicle ready for pickup. We'll call you when it's done.
