Watch · Lobby Tents

Press, coat, score, fold.

A narrated walkthrough of a Lobby Tents run — 16pt cardstock through the press, aqueous coating, the auto-scorer crease, and the final fold that lets the tent stand on a table without a frame. The same workflow scales from 25 to 5,000 pieces.

  • 16pt C2S stock, CMYK plus optional spot color
  • Gloss, matte, or soft-touch coating
  • Auto-scored fold — flat-pack shipping, no warping

How it's built

16pt cardstock, 4-color print, score, fold, done.

Table tents start as a flat sheet of 16pt C2S (coated two sides) cardstock — heavier than a business card, lighter than a postcard. Artwork is printed 4-color CMYK with optional spot UV on a commercial offset or digital press. An automated scorer puts a precise crease at the fold point, and an auto-folder scores and creases the tent so it stands level without warping. A UV, matte, or soft-touch coating protects the print against handling and minor moisture.

01 · Cardstock

16pt gloss or matte C2s

16pt (0.016″) coated-two-sides stock. Stiff enough to stand free without curling; thin enough to stack flat in a box for storage between uses.

02 · Print

4-color Cmyk + optional spot Uv

Full-color photographic quality. Spot UV applies a glossy clear varnish in specific areas — great for logos or call-to-action text that should pop.

03 · Score & fold

Auto-folder precision crease

Automatic scoring and folding ensures every tent folds at exactly the same point. No hand-folding inconsistency. Tabs interlock to hold the tent rigid.

04 · Coating

Gloss, matte, or soft-touch

Full-coverage aqueous coating protects against finger oils and minor splashing. Soft-touch is a velvet-feel laminate — premium tactile experience for upscale venues.

Colors & finishes

Full Cmyk plus one spot color option.

The print is full-color CMYK — no design limitation. Add a Pantone spot color to ensure brand-critical colors (logos, calls-to-action) reproduce exactly. Coating choice is the biggest visual differentiator between a generic tent and a premium one.

Print palette — full Cmyk

Any artwork, any photograph, any brand color system. CMYK covers 85–90% of the Pantone spectrum. For exact brand colors, add a Pantone spot.

Coating options

Coating is the single biggest quality upgrade on a table tent. Soft-touch laminate turns a commodity print piece into a tactile brand object guests will pick up.

  • Gloss aqueous coating — standard, vibrant, easy to wipe clean
  • Matte aqueous coating — flat, sophisticated, easier to write on for promos
  • Soft-touch laminate — velvet feel, premium brand statement, slight upcharge
  • Spot Uv — gloss clear varnish on selected areas over matte base, high contrast

Sizes & pricing

Three standard sizes. Volume pricing on every run.

Table tents are priced per-piece with significant volume breaks. Most restaurants order 100–500 at a time; event clients often order 25 for a one-day use. All sizes are available 2-sided at no additional setup cost.

Where they work

Three spaces where table tents earn their keep.

Table tents require no installation — they stand on any flat surface. Their value is in the repeat touchpoint: every guest at every table sees your message at eye level, in your brand, without any staff involvement.

Restaurant promos

Daily specials, wine-pairing suggestions, upsell prompts, happy hour callouts. Printed fresh for each seasonal menu or promotion. Replace in minutes.

Event check-in

Venue map, schedule, sponsor recognition, and QR-code links to event apps. Ordered per-event with unique artwork each time. Guests take them home as keepsakes.

Reception desk

Hours, service offerings, referral programs, and "ask us about" prompts. Sits on the desk without a stand. Swap seasonally to keep messaging current.
