CrispSign (operated by Crisp Signs LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use crispsign.com, our estimator, or contact us for a quote, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Information you give us — name, business name, email, phone, project details, photos, and uploaded artwork submitted through our quote form, estimator, or email.
- Information collected automatically — basic web analytics such as pages visited, device type, approximate location, and referring source. We use this to improve the site.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To prepare and send you a quote, proof, invoice, or order update.
- To fabricate, ship, and install your signage.
- To respond to questions and provide customer service.
- To comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only with vendors that help us deliver your order — for example our payment processor (Stripe), email/cloud providers, manufacturing partners (such as Gemini, Signs365, Sinalite), and shipping carriers. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Children
CrispSign is a business-to-business and business-to-consumer signage service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we treat your project files and contact details with care.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
