We stand behind every sign we make. If you're not satisfied, if we got your order wrong, or if a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right. The terms below explain exactly what that means — our guarantees, the parts warranty on illuminated signage, and how to reach us if something isn't right.

Our guarantees
These guarantees apply to every order, on every product line.

Parts-only means the warranty covers replacement parts for covered components. It does not cover labor, removal, reinstallation, or electrical hookup.

Covered
- Manufacturing defects — replaced at no charge
- Orders that don't match the proof you approved
- Replacement parts for the LED package on exterior illuminated signage (2 years)
- Replacement parts for interior illuminated channel letters (2 years)
- Items damaged in shipping — see the claim steps below
Not covered
- Labor, removal, reinstallation, and electrical hookup
- Installation, permits, and any third-party installer charges
- Misuse, improper installation, or modifications after delivery
- Normal wear, weathering, fading, and aging over time
- Vandalism, accidents, and acts of nature
- Damage outside of our manufacturing or shipping scope
Manufacturing defects & order issues
- Email warranty@crispsignusa.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description of the problem.
- We'll review your claim and follow up to confirm the details.
- If a product has a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it at no charge. If your order doesn't match the proof you approved, we'll correct it.
Damaged in shipping?
Notify us right away. The sooner you tell us, the faster we can get replacement parts or products out to you. Email warranty@crispsignusa.com as soon as you notice the damage and include:
- Photos of the damaged shipping box and packaging from the shipping company.
- Photos of the damaged materials or product inside the box.
- Your order number and enough detail about the order so we can identify exactly what needs to be replaced.
With that information in hand, we'll get replacement parts or products out to you as fast as possible.
Fine print
Limitations
- These guarantees and warranties are provided to the original purchaser only and are not transferable.
- The 2-year parts warranty on illuminated signage covers replacement parts only. It does not cover labor, removal, reinstallation, electrical hookup, or any third-party installer charges.
- Coverage does not extend to misuse, improper installation, modifications after delivery, normal wear and weathering, or damage outside of our manufacturing or shipping scope.
- CrispSign's maximum liability under any claim is limited to the original purchase price of the affected product. CrispSign is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
- Crisp Signs LLC d/b/a CrispSign reserves the right to update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order.
