How timing and cost actually work

  • Costs and dates are estimates. Your exact shipping cost is calculated and charged at the time of sign purchase.
  • Production lead time drives the dates. It comes from vendor lead times when available, otherwise a builder estimate — separate from shipping speed.
  • Transit starts after production is complete. Overnight does not mean the sign ships tomorrow — it means overnight transit once production is finished.
  • You're notified when it ships. We let you know the moment your sign leaves for transit.
  • Realistic quoted timing. CrispSign may pad vendor lead times by a couple of days so the estimate you're quoted is dependable.
